Introductions:
QB3000N Online toxic gas hydrogen sulfide(h2s) gas detection monitor transmitter is designed interchangeable modularization and consists of cast-aluminum shell, sensor breathing device of stainless, sensor module, display module, the main control module, digital communicating module, dust proof hood and calibrating cap. Each module can be replaced by the other module while the performance remains.
The original gas detector is mainly made up of the main control module and intelligent sensor module. The relay output and the acousto-optic alarm output are optional. RS485 communicating module is for isolated RS485 signal output, LCD or LED module is inserted to get the digital display, low and high alarm, failure indication and the infrared remote control.
The alarm set-points, calibration value, the baud rate and IP of the original gas detector can be adjusted.
The detector has isolated RS485 output and standard Mod bus-RTU communicating protocol, can be connected with Siemens PLC or other PLC in the nation or abroad directly, having no need to add more RS485 isolated module.
LCD display module and LED display module can be interchanged, supporting swift hot swap, support plug and play functionality.
The sensor module and the connection interface in the detector have jack and plug prevent improper insertion. Just spin and press the plug gently, the plug can be inserted the jack.
The sensor module of the detector can be replaced by the same type module and the different gas sensor module, and different range sensor module. The detector can distinguish and operation itself.
Whatever the sensor module is chosen to replace the original one, there is no need to re-calibrate it. The detector automatically distinguishes the sensor module, reads the ex-factory calibration value and the related setting value and operates detecting when the self-inspection is done. When the ex-factory new sensor module is inserted the original detector, the detector will have the same detecting, alarm accuracy as the new detectors.
When the sensor out of service or the sensor fails, the user can check and solve the problem by replacing spare modules, saving the time and cost.
